Refund / Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be damaged or defective

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must include original packaging and accessories

  • You may be asked to provide photo or video proof of the damaged product


3. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • A refund will be issued after deducting ₹150 courier charges

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method or provided bank details

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product is not damaged

  • If the return request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • If the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or missing packaging

  • Photos or video of the damaged product
